New instrument purchase
When you buy an instrument from us, it is always inspected in the workshop before you take it home, and you get 12 months of unlimited access to adjustments and adaptations.
We recommend that you have your instrument re-adjusted after 6 months.
We are happy to give you an offer for the repair of your instrument – call or come by.
Remember to book a time for a repair or minor adjustment.
Instrument repair at A.Andersen
We specialize in woodwind instruments, especially in clarinet, flute, oboe and bassoon, and in the workshop you will meet Hans & Antoine, who are trained instrument technicians
Hans Zachariassen (the owner of the store) is a trained instrument technicianr from London in 1987 and has specialized in clarinet, flute, oboe & bassoon over the years.
Hans has attended many courses with David Straubinger and is certified in the David methods (special pads for flute and clarinet) and is one of two in Europe who are authorized to teach other technicians
And now also Antoine Hervy, who is a trained instrument maker from ITEMM (Institut Technologique Européen des Métiers de la Musique) in 2018 and who has worked for the last 10 years at BUFFET Crampon. He was first employed as an instrument technician in the workshop, and then as an acoustic consultant and specialist in acoustics & mechanics.
In the shop, Anne Birgitte Jensen also sits, who is originally a textile designer with various courses in jewelry making, and helps with the repairs.
But she primarily works on our Webshop and our social media.
