The Trevor James Alpha sax is specifically designed and optimized for children from 7 to 12 years.
It’s MECHANISM is adapted to the reduced span of children’s hands, yet so relaxed and effortless to play the instrument.
Because of the Eb tuning a later change to a traditional alto sax is easily possible, without having to learn everything all over again.
The MECHANISM know some details:
– No Dis, E and F keys on the left hand
– High D-valve ergonomically adapted
– No low B and Bb keys
– Wingspan right keys adjusted
– Range of over 2 octaves (low C tm. High D)
– Weight reduction of 33%
